Under the guidance of Tom Ferry " YourCoach"  we have studied and practiced step by step systems that allow us to be better business owners who actually grow a profitable and duplicatable real estate practice vs. just "sell homes".  Through those teachings we have experienced continued success in our business year after year.  The trainings on mental mindset that we have studied over the last three decades allow us to help keep our eye on the goal and our mind attached to the vision.  The uniqueness of our self-studying is that it allows us to better serve our family, co agents, buyers and sellers collectively.
